Supporting Equitable Education and Development for Young Children Inc. (SEED4YC) was established to provide vulnerable young children in Frankston and Mornington Peninsula with the additional support they need to start school equal to their peers.

Our aim to alleviate the effects of poverty and disadvantage on vulnerable young children attending community based kindergartens, by providing individually targeted resources, programs and support services.

Our objectives are:

  • to ensure no child at kindergarten falls through the gap,
  • to provide the additional support required to ensure vulnerable children start school equal to their peers and are on track to achieve at the same rate,
  • to work in partnership with local services to collaborate, share expertise and deliver services,
  • to disrupt and intervene in the multifaceted nature of disadvantage,
  • to inspire the community to help vulnerable children receive an equitable chance in life.

Who we are

Luke Trewin

Chairperson

Our Chair, Luke Trewin is the founder of Modern Visual and Up There Cloud.
Luke’s journey into the tech sector began as early as his teenage years after starting his first business in the webhosting sector in the early 2000s. This lead Luke to creating a number of successful online ventures including a popular MSN Messenger robot, boasting over 300,000 users.
After a decade in the printing, branding and graphic arts space as a young adult, Luke entered back into the tech space when he founded Modern Visual. Originally a web design and digital marketing venture, Modern Visual quickly morphed into an outsourced Revenue Operations and software consulting business. After many years, Luke’s skillset has become extremely refined and he is empowered to assist you in identifying and succeeding your current business challenges.
